The people who live in this community make it possible for us to offer spaces for growth to our guests.
We are men and women of many ages. Together we make a place of shared life, learning and respect: we tend the gardens and the animals, prepare the spaces, welcome guests and share daily life.
Work is part of community life. We practise it as meditation: a form of service, presence and participation.
Volunteering
Finca Member is an exchange built on the principle of Work as Meditation. At least one month, five hours of service a day, six days a week.
