Privacy notice
Finca El Péndulo, of Camino al Saucillo 861, Tepatitlán de Morelos, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for your personal data. For any privacy matter, write to fincaelpendulo@gmail.com.
What we collect
Through the site and its forms we collect your full name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city or country, and anything you tell us about your retreat, event or stay. We do not collect sensitive, financial or medical information.
How we use it
Primary purposes: managing facilitator and participant registrations; contacting you and following up on your requests; telling you about services, events or activities.
Secondary purposes: sending promotional information or relevant content and inviting you to events, experiences or collaborations. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own use. We handle it with tools that work on our behalf: our CRM (GoHighLevel), Cloudflare to receive the forms and keep out spam, Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies, and Google Ads if you accept advertising cookies.
Protection
We protect your data with administrative, technical and physical measures against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, and withdraw your consent. Write to fincaelpendulo@gmail.com with your full name, a description of your request and a way to reach you.
Cookies
Nothing is stored on your device until you choose. Essential cookies only remember that choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) count visits and clicks in aggregate and only run if you accept them. Advertising cookies (Google Ads) tell us whether a request came from an ad, and also only run with your permission. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. You can change your choice with the “Cookies” link at the foot of every page.
Changes
We may update this notice at any time; changes will be posted on this page. By sending us your details through this site you accept this privacy notice.
Terms of use
By using this site you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully, and you confirm that the information you send through the forms is accurate. We may decline requests with false or incomplete information.
Prices and availability of spaces, lodging and experiences may change without notice; estimates on this site are approximate and the Finca team confirms the final quote. All site content (text, images, design and logos) belongs to Finca El Péndulo and may not be reproduced without permission.
