This place exists thanks to the people who live in it, care for it and keep it going through service, presence and respect.
Finca Member
An exchange built on the principle of Work as Meditation.
The Finca is a living place: we welcome guests, facilitators and people going through deep personal processes. As a volunteer you are part of that, helping run the place and caring for the atmosphere that holds it.
Daily work is a form of service, presence and participation in community life. You do not come only to do the activity you enjoy.

Areas of work
Service
Everyone takes part in the guest experience: hosting, reception, setting up spaces, helping with activities, cooking and dishes.
Upkeep
Everyone helps keep the Finca clean, tidy and running: common areas, rooms, bathrooms, gardens, tools and workshops.
Your exchange includes
- Lodging
- Food, 3 meals a day
- Use of the facilities
- Time in nature and in community
- Holistic activities: ceremonies, temazcal, yoga, meditation
- Utilities: water, power, internet and laundry
What we expect from you
- Be responsible, independent and committed.
- Be able to support yourself financially during your stay.
- Be physically fit and willing to do anything from gardening to cleaning.
- Take initiative without needing to be told what to do.
- Have a service attitude.
- Respect the spaces, the guests and the community.
- Be willing to take on tasks that may not be your speciality.
- Have valid health or travel insurance for your stay.
- Be genuinely interested in community life, not only in the holistic activities.
- Spanish is a plus, not a requirement.
Recovery fee
$2,000 MXN per month or part of a month
It helps cover part of your food and lodging. It is not a payment for your hours or a room rate: it is your share in keeping the Finca going.
