House rules
Rooms and facilities regulations
We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible, so we ask that you read and follow our policies. If you have any questions, our staff is here to help.
Reservations and check-in
- All reservations require valid payment information.
- Check-in starts at 2:00 pm. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
Payment policies
- Accepted payment methods: transfers, credit cards, deposits and cash.
- Cancellation charges: 20% if notified more than 48 hours in advance; 50% if less than 48 hours.
Rules of conduct
- Maintain respectful behaviour. Non-compliance may lead to expulsion without a refund.
Use of facilities
- Pool hours: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- Alcohol consumption is not allowed inside the facilities.
- No glass containers in the pool area.
- Do not leave valuables unattended; the Finca is not responsible for losses.
- Food preparation requires prior reservation; we do not have a restaurant.
- Bonfire areas and wood-burning grills are available for an additional fee.
No smoking policy
- All rooms and common areas are strictly non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available away from common areas.
Room care
- Report any damage or problems to staff.
- Turn off lights you are not using.
- Do not remove pillows or blankets from the room.
Cleaning policies
- We value water conservation; please request additional towels as needed.
- Laundry service is available for an additional fee.
Noise policy
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Keep noise to a minimum.
Pets
- Pets are welcome with prior notice and an additional fee.
- Pets must be leashed on the property and are not allowed on beds or sofas.
Check-out
- Check-out is at 12:00 pm. Please return keys to the front desk.
- Additional fees may apply for late check-outs without prior notice.
Liability policy
- The Finca is not responsible for loss of or damage to belongings.
